We’re looking for a Director of Education

We’re looking for a Director of Education here at The Creative Circus. What we would like:

Someone who has been in advertising and knows what an Art Director, Copywriter, Designer, Photographer and Interactive Developer do for a living.

Also has to have organizational OCD, 8 arms to put out the various daily fires, and can have conversations with the voices in other people’s heads.  Scheduling, Curriculum, Accreditation, Recruiting, Retention, Hiring, Counseling are part of the hourly chores.

Won’t be thrown into the lion’s den without training and armor.  We have a brilliant Registrar to assist.

Allows a person to be in the industry without the 90 hour work weeks.

Big but rewarding job.
